Registration fee for the conference will be $70 a person at the early bird rate. Register quickly, because that rate will go up.

The LCCS Licking County Computer Society is co-hosting the event, to be held at The Cherry Valley Lodge (http://www.cherryvalleylodge.com/).

There are 200 rooms at this location. We have blocked 40 rooms for 2 nights. The rate is $109 and the reservation code is lccs09. After we get the first 40 rooms reserved we will be able to block others.

The conference will begin on Friday night, with a sign-in from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Following the sign-in there will be a “Meet and Greet” family time at the onsite water park for a discounted fee of $10.

On Saturday there will be 3 meals with room for 3 to 6 vendor presentations and up to 12 workshop presentations. The vendor fair will follow the evening meal.

Sunday there will be a breakfast and vendor presentation(s), followed by the APCUG annual meeting, and then door prize drawings and additional workshops: either the most popular will be repeated, or others will be offered.

Lunch will be your choice; some of the local restaurants are: a restaurant is on site at the Cherry Valley Lodge, and 0.3 miles away are two fast food restaurants and a Bob Evans Family Style.

Newark, Ohio, is located about 35 miles east of Columbus, Ohio which is the closest major airport.

The committee is working on transportation arrangements.
