You will have to enter a 6 character "Captcha" code; note that it is Case Sensitive.
It automatically logs you in and your password is automatically generated. You will then see:

As it recommends, to have your new password mailed to you, please visit the Password Recovery Page.

You are registered right away, but it will take 48 to 72 hours for your rights to be upgraded. Then you will see:

Click on Shared Documents and you will see:

Click on APCUG 2009 Newsletter, Photo and Web Contests and you will see:

Download the rules and entryforms for any of the contests you plan to enter.
For example to enter the Photo Contest you will need to have a form for each photo. Most of the fields are the same, so I would suggest you fill it out for one photo, save with the name for that photo, and then change the Photo Name and Category and save with a different file name, until you have one for each photo being entered.

Once you get all of your entry forms prepared, and photos named per instructions, log on to the Sharepoint Site, go to APCUG SharePoint > Shared Documents > APCUG 2009 Newsletter, Photo and Web Contests and select the folder for the contest you are entering, for example Photo Contest, and click on Upload and you will see:

Note that "Overwrite existing files" is checked. Please uncheck it each time. The instructions have you adding your initials to your photo entry, and your UG name to Web and Newsletter entry forms, so there should not be any duplicate entries, but unless you specifically want to overwrite your own entry, please leave the box unchecked.
Click the browse button and locate the file you want to upload, and then click the OK button.

If there should be a file there with the same name you can see if it is yours or someone else's, and take the appropriate action regarding renaming your file.

Repeat for each photo and each rtf file for your entry.
Check and see if all of your files were uploaded correctly.

When finished, you can log out.
