If you have some question about what information we have in our on-line database, you can look it up on-line, the directions are listed below. If you are having trouble making the updates, send an e-mail to cdb@apcug.net with the information about your group and its officers. Please include the full name of the group and the city.
Some common mistakes that show up in the database when people make corrections or additions on-line are:
Mailing Address: Please only put one complete address in the mailing address fields. Do not put e-mail addresses, user group names, company names, in care of names or even a second street address.
E-Mail Address: Many times, the name and mailing address is updated, but the e-mail address is not changed. Please remember that the Email Address is on a separate screen. Click on the link at the top of the screen, “Phone Numbers and Email Addresses”.
Save Changes: At the bottom of each data entry screen, is a button labeled “Save Changes” Remember to click that button before moving to another screen.
If you are have additional questions about making corrections, please let us know.
